Next.js is built on React and offers: Server-Side Rendering (better for SEO), automatic code splitting, API routes, image optimization. For websites and web apps, we recommend Next.js. For SPAs without SEO needs, pure React is often sufficient.

A headless CMS (e.g., Payload, Contentful, Strapi) separates content management from frontend. Benefits: flexible frontend (React, Vue), better performance, omnichannel use (web, app, IoT). Ideal for complex projects with multiple output channels.

Development times: MVP/prototype 2-3 months, standard web app 3-6 months, complex software 6-12+ months. We work in 2-week sprints with regular demos. Accurate estimates possible after requirements analysis.

Vercel: optimal for Next.js, simple deployment, automatic scaling, edge functions. AWS: more control, cost-effective at scale, more complex to manage. For Next.js projects, we recommend Vercel; for complex infrastructure, AWS/GCP.
