About the Role

You integrate AI solutions into workflows — from Claude Code and ChatGPT to marketing automation. You develop prompts, workflow automations, and AI-powered solutions for internal processes and client projects.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of AI tools (Claude, GPT, Midjourney)
Programming experience (Python, TypeScript)
Understanding of API integrations and automation
Experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms

Nice-to-have

Experience with MCP servers and AI agents
Knowledge in Machine Learning

Compensation:

Compensation according to IT collective agreement (§ 1 Abs 1), ST2, from €3,665 gross/month (full-time equivalent, freelance hourly basis). Overpayment based on qualification.
