Challenge
The Starting Point
Industrie- und Umweltlaboratorium Vorpommern had been the regional institution since 1991 – municipalities, waterworks, and industrial companies trusted the 50 employees in Greifswald and Stralsund. The problem? The digital world had forgotten Vorpommern. Those searching "water analysis Mecklenburg-Vorpommern" found laboratories from Hamburg or Berlin – not IUL.
