Detailed Description
Nurses for Future, a global healthcare community, faced the challenge of connecting nurses from 185 countries across language and cultural barriers. Existing communication channels — scattered WhatsApp groups and an outdated forum — could no longer support the growing community of over 30,000 members. Knowledge transfer between experienced and young nurses was barely structured, and organizing international webinars regularly failed due to technical and language barriers.
We developed a custom webinar platform with multilingual communication infrastructure. Automatic subtitles and real-time translation in 12 core languages enable barrier-free participation. A structured mentoring program with matching-based partnerships connects experienced nurses with career starters. Regional community hubs offer local networking, while global events bring the entire community together.
The platform actively connects over 30,000 nurses from 185 countries. Over 20 webinars take place monthly, with an average attendance of 450 per session. The mentoring program has produced over 2,500 active partnerships. Member satisfaction stands at 4.6 out of 5 stars. Nurses for Future has been recognized by the WHO as an exemplary digital healthcare community.
