About Wakil BauPro GmbH

Our Client

Wakil BauPro GmbH from Frankfurt am Main combines architecture and site management in one person: external construction supervision, site management and project control for residential and commercial projects in the Rhine-Main-Neckar region. Clients get one contact who understands the plans and runs the construction site, with large-project experience up to Terminal 3 of Frankfurt Airport. The focus: schedule reliability, cost certainty and documented quality on site.

Challenge

The Starting Point

The old website was a rigid site builder: not editable, without a clear service structure and practically invisible in Google search; the old domain wakil.de was even lost along the way. Commercially valuable search terms such as construction supervision (around 1,600 monthly searches, barely contested) went unused, and building owners found neither the services nor the impressive references, let alone a direct way to get in touch.

Solution

Our Approach

Instead of a new business card we first built the strategy, then the website: positioning as a lead-generation platform for external construction supervision and site management in the Rhine-Main-Neckar region, with a clear message on top, one action per page, clean tech and the local search terms from day one.

1

Digital strategy before design

Target-group analysis, positioning, website copy, content calendar and Google Ads blueprint as the foundation, only then the first pixel.

2

Rebuild in the real brand CI

Next.js + Payload CMS instead of a site builder: fast, self-editable, indigo and gold extracted from the existing business card.

3

11 landing pages for services and regions

Six service pages from construction supervision to HOAI phases plus regional pages for Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Wiesbaden and Mannheim.

4

E-E-A-T and structured data

Credentials page, Person and LocalBusiness schema, Service and FAQ markup, llms.txt for AI search.

5

Real references instead of stock photos

Terminal 3 drone video in the hero, real project photos (Goethe University, Crespo Haus, Oststern) and click-to-call on every page.

6

Google Business Profile

Set up and optimized so local searches and Google Maps feed the same presence.
